This documentation is a guide for Elekta’s EHI Export functionality for the 21st Century Cures Act, 170.315(b)(10) Electronic Health Information export criterion. The export functionality enables export for a single patient and a patient population. Data is available in the following formats.
CSV files.
The files and data may vary with respect to the MOSAIQ version. The data dictionary for each version supported is included in the EHI Export documentation (see the links available on this page).
For a patent population export, the files will be saved to a “Tables” folder.
For a single patient export, the files will be saved to a patient-specific folder under the “Tables” folder (e.g., <root directory>\<Pat_ID1>\Tables). If multiple patients are selected a patient folder is created for each patient.
Documents.
MOSAIQ documents are linked to the MOSAIQ Object table. Document formats may include PDF, Word, HTML, or RTF formats.
For a patient population export, the files will be saved to a “Documents” folder under the root directory. The documents will be separated by each row in the Object table. This will be done by adding the OBJ_ID to the directory path (e.g., <root directory>\Documents\ <OBJ_ID>).
For a single patient export, documents will be stored in a directory called “Documents” under the <Pat_ID1> folder The documents will be separated by each row in the Object table. This will be done by adding the OBJ_ID to the directory path (e.g., <root directory>\<Pat_ID1>\Documents\<OBJ_ID>).
Note:
The files are saved to zip file format. The root directory is the location defined in the MOSAIQ interface configuration.
